IRVÉNA ONLINE SHOPPING AGREEMENT
This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from the IRVENA online store. Please read carefully; this is important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. By using any of IRVÉNA’s services, including phone orders, verbal orders, fax orders or submitting any order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the sales terms and conditions set forth below. If you cannot agree to these sales terms, policies and conditions, please do not submit an order and immediately close your browser.
PRODUCTION TIME AND DELIVERY
Our dresses are made to order so they will take 6 to 10 weeks to complete, depending on the design. For example, dresses with more bead work and/or fabric may take an additional week. Rush orders are possible at an extra cost.
ALTERATIONS
Every effort is made to ensure the best fit, but please be advised that alterations may be required at your local tailor. Remember to factor an extra cost into your budget.
SIZING DETAILS
Along with following the guidelines for providing accurate measurements, please also choose your size from the sizing chart provided.
Before ordering a custom dress from us , we strongly encourage finding a professional local tailor who can help you take accurate body measurements.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
The total price for product and services will be outlined on your purchase receipt. Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard…….) Please be advised that prices stated on the website do not include shipping and handling or applicable sales taxes. The shipping fee and order total also do not include possible customs and duties, which will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country, based on the order value of your shipment.
DAMAGES
We strongly recommend that, before accepting your shipment, you inspect your package for damages. If your shipment appears to have incurred damages you would be advised not to accept the package. If the shipment has been accepted prior to noticing damages, be sure to retain the packaging and contact us within 24 hours to report the damage .
